Beautiful, Peaceful and Great location Lakehouse - Bellevue

No smoking, not suitable for pets, and no parties or events of any sort unless set in advance with me. Only 6 guests allowed (unless discussed with me for an extra fee), no more and no one under 21.
I Will be around if you should need anything extra or additional questions, as I live right across the lake. Parties are allowed but only when designated prior to the date and pricing will be matched accordingly to the event along with tables/chairs and other necessary event supplies which will be discussed prior to the day event. But no parties on your own stay unless previously discussed. Please be respectful of the neighbors and quiet time after 11 pm in the evenings, no big parties allowed. In the summers the patio and water is a social event but again be respectful of the neighbors and area. No smoking in the house only outside. Dogs are allowed as long as they are potty trained and fairly clean and a pet deposit ($20 per day paid before your stay) is needed (please contact me for individual situations). 8 people is the max, if you would like more please message me to discuss and an added fee ($50 per person) will be added for each person each night. I do have you sign a rental agreement prior to your stay.
