Checkin is 4:00pm to 4:30pm. Please call to arrange check-in outside of these times. No check-ins permitted after 10:00pm. We will send additional information in our Arrival Letter.

Minimum age limit for renters: 25

25 years or above unless part of a family group with parents.

Payment Policy

$500 Security Deposit to Reserve (please sign and return Rental Agreement). Refundable within 2 weeks of departure.
50% at 60 days, Balance of Rent at 30 days.

Refundable Damage Deposit

Your Security Deposit (Fixed Amount by eTransfer) will become your Refundable Damage Deposit on your Arrival Day. Refunds are sent by electronic transfer 2 weeks after Check-out Day. Please see http://www.realtopia.ca/forms/rental_policies.php
