Enjoy the patio or dance while enjoying a cold beverage listening to the live band at Ocean Annie’s, then move indoors to Sandals Lounge and sing and dance the night away!

Breathtaking Oceanfront views from your private balcony on the 17th floor. Efficiency has been completely renovated. This is my personal vacation home and comes equipped with endless conveniences. The condo features a new queen size bed, dresser, two end tables, and a loveseat pull out twin sofa. The kitchen has a stovetop and is equipped for meal prep with refrigerator, microwave, toaster, K Kup coffee maker, plates, bowls, glasses, silverware, pots and pans, blender, and cooking utensils. Oversized bathroom with brand new tiled walk in shower, towels, hairdryer, iron, and iron board. Towels and Lines purchased new March 2022.

Guests will have access to fabulous, shared amenities. Go for a swim in the indoor or outdoor pool, grab a float and soak in the lazy river, or enjoy one of the two indoor hot tubs. Enjoy the breathtaking views as you watch the sun rise and set in the bistro table and chairs on your own private patio. Looking for some fun in the sun, Ocean Annie's has live music, dancing floor, and beach bar located right at the pool and beach. The Sandals Lounge is on site and open for Karaoke with DJ, Dancing and fun!

The condo has been a true blessing to my family. My husband and I have nine children and have an abundant of family memories here. My husband married our son on the beach in front of this very condo. We have a yearly reunion with Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins. Now we are making memories in the sand with our eight grandchildren. It has been such a blessing to us that we decided we just had to share it with other families.

The Condo is specifically equipped for two people. However, the Loveseat pulls out to a twin. If three people occupy the condo than accommodations will be made prior to arrival with linens and towels.

The door in the condo leads to my 2bed/2bath Ocean Front Corner Penthouse condo. When rented together it makes for a 3bed/3bath full kitchen, living room, and dining area. The balcony has a couch, two lifeguard chairs, and a small table and two chairs. If you’re traveling in a small group, my sister has the direct oceanfront 2bed/2bath condo just on the other side and is also available for rent. That’s three Top Floor Direct Oceanfront condos side by side for you to call your home away from home!

Please keep in mind that it is our goal to make everyone’s vacation a pleasurable one. Someone is checking in, the same day that you are checking out. Nobody likes to start their vacation waiting in the lobby for their room. I ask that you be respectful of others, as well as my condo. Please have all trash in the trash bags that will be provided. Please have all dishes in the dishwasher. Please remove linens from beds and place in the bathroom with the soiled towels. Please check out on time.
