Furry friends are approved on a case by case basis. Please DO NOT book if you plan to bring a large dog. Campers aren’t suitable for larger animals. Any small breeds are allowed (20 pounds max) with a $50 non-refundable deposit. Do not guess or assume. If you aren’t familiar with an RV, please reach out to us or site management for clarification before “flipping switches” not laid out in the rules. No smoking inside the camper. Please care for our property as this our home away from home. We have drinks and snacks available. We have not priced these individually but ask that you please not take advantage of these items. Please pick up after yourself such as rinsing off dishes and placing in the kitchen sink. Ensure the awning is closed during rain or windy weather and at your departure. If the awning is damaged due to being left out during wind or rain you will be charged a damage fee. Ensure freezer and refrigerator doors are closed and latched. RV restrooms are a bit different than traditional restrooms. DO NOT flush anything other than provided toilet paper in the RV commode. Any damage done to the toilet will be charged to the guest, if negligent. Cabinets and drawers with tie locks are not accessible to guests. Remove all of your items from the fridge when you leave. The fireplace runs off electricity. The central heat uses the two propane tanks located at the front of the camper. We want you to stay warm, but please be considerate of propane usage and use the fireplace FIRST. Please message host for permission to use the central heat, to avoid extra charges. Mattress protector provided for bunk house single mattress. If you feel there could be an accident (we understand), please use the protector. Bunkhouse beds have weight limits posted.
