**No Cleaning Fee!!** This adorable home is a few short miles from beautiful Lake of the Woods as well as Beltrami Island State Forest. Come to the Northwoods for Fishing, boating, hiking, and snowmobiling. We are located between Warroad and Baudette. This single bedroom home provides a full kitchen, deck, fire pit, and grill. This is an affordable alternative to a hotel.
One room of this rental is a home office. The office has a separate entrance and there will be no contact. We have ample parking with room for a boat or fish house.
We offer a queen size air mattress that can be set up in the living room area for additional guests. Please keep in mind that this house is small and intended for 2 guests, so more than 2 adults may feel a bit crowded.

I ask that my guests clean up after themselves and leave the property as neat as they found it. We ask that guests do not clean fish in the house, we have a cleaning table set up outside.

Notes

This rental has a huge yard, and sometimes we will have a hammock set up for you to use. Hunters, while pets are not allowed in the rental, we do have an outdoor kennel with a doghouse available for a small additional fee if you'd like to bring your dog. Grouse and goose seasons are upon us, being close to the lake and state forest provides us with amazing hunting opportunities!
