We live in our house south of Chiang Mai, Thailand. We moved here as this was one of our favorite places to visit. The people are wonderful. This is a multicultural place and it is easy to meet people from all over the world.

We like to travel to places with a unique community. We tend to walk around and take in the sights. We enjoy historical museums, artistic endeavors, local foods, and scenery. Good music is appreciated and pleasant places to relax. We usually travel alone as a pair.

We also have a beautiful and secluded villa in Kamala on Phuket Island. It is called "Baan Sairung" or "Rainbow House".

House Rules

Please never smoke anywhere inside the villa. You can smoke outside. If you smoke inside, we will charge you a penalty fee. Please do not ever run the air conditioner with the doors open. If you do this, you may damage the air conditioner and you will be charged a large repair bill to fix it. This may also cost you in electricity. Certain pets may be considered after consultation with us before reserving the villa. An extra deposit may be requested.

Payment Policy

Many people use bank transfers in order to avoid credit card fees and poor currency conversion rates.

Refundable Damage Deposit

Suggest you bring the damage deposit in cash using your home currency. We will not even deposit it in the bank. We will simply return it when you leave. Since it is in already your home currency, you will not need to exchange it back before departing Thailand.

Cancellation Policy

If you book our villa by mistake, let us know right away and we will cancel and refund for you. Otherwise, deposit payment and balance payment are non-refundable unless another booking can be confirmed on the same dates for the same rates. Guests keep the amount paid as credit for one year with the possibility to schedule another stay. Guests are requested to send a detailed email with their reason for cancellation as soon as possible.
