Welcome to your escape to beautiful Bucerias....

Azul is an oceanfront condo located in the historical village of Bucerias. Experience your dream vacation in our 1924 square foot unit of open concept living on the 2nd floor with spectacular views of the pool and the luxurious oceanfront view of the Bay of Banderas.

Our condo has three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a large balcony to enjoy a sip or two of your favorite drink while soaking in the warmth of the sun.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, his and her closets with your own private ensuite situated in the front of the condo. Here you will relax and enjoy the peaceful sounds of the waves rolling into shore while falling asleep.

The second bedroom also have a king size bed with a full ensuite.

The third bedroom consists of two double beds, which may be brought together to make a king size bed.

Azul is centrally located to all amenities to explore the village of Bucerias. Whether you may want to visit Art Galleries, the Authentic Restaurants or the local markets that the town has to offer (all within walking distance). You may just want to grab a good book, a towel and relax at the pool or on the sandy beaches of Azul.

Buen Dia,

Coming to Bucerias for a visit with our friends one trip, we fell in love with Azul. Within our weeks visit, we ended up purchasing our own "Home Away From Home' condominium.

We are a family of six, 4 grown up children with their significant others, and enjoy vacationing in Bucerias as often as time allows us away from work (hoping this will change sooner than later!!!)

Policies and Rules

Check In: 4PM - Flexible

We try to be as flexible as possible for guests. To access our Condo, you will be given the Door / Gates Codes prior to check-in.

Check Out: 11AM

Please note Pets are not allowed in our unit.

Minimum age limit for renters: 25

Explore Azul - Rental Contract

When a reservation has been made the owner will send you the Rental Agreement for your viewing and signature.

House Rules

Welcome to Azul....we hope that you have a wonderful visit.

Please be aware that Azul Condominiums is a residential community, not a resort. Many owners live here for a substantial period of time each year. It is essential that all guests, tenants and owners respect the facility and its governing regulations.

Pool Hours: 8:00am - 10:00pm (8:00 hours - 22:00 hours)

Quiet hours at the pool and throughout the facility: 10:00pm - 8:00am (22:00 hours - 8:00 hours)

No reservation of chaise lounges in the pool area, by placement of towels or other personal belongings, is permitted. (once a lounge chair is inhabited a maximum of 30 minutes absence from pool area allowed).

Glass and/or ceramic containers, such as wine glasses, beer bottles, coffee mugs and platters are not permitted in the pool or surrounding area. When situated in the pool confines, please be certain to use appropriate, non-breakable vessels available in each condominium.

Audio devices in pool area may only be played through headphones/ear buds unless in conjunction with an event authorized by management.

No yelling, running or rowdiness is permitted in the pool area.

Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
Infants must wear adequate swim diapers when in the pool.

No smoking permitted in the pool / common areas at any given time.
No pets permitted in the pool area at any given time.

Please ensure that when entering the pool area from the beach all sand is removed at the pool hand shower facility.

Users of the pool do so at their own risk. Be aware there is no lifeguard on duty.
