Location, Location, Location -- A perfect Asheville location, a gorgeous 3,000 sq. ft. home with all the premium comforts you’d expect including mountain views! The home has two front entrances with one of them from the wrap around deck. You will not find a better location. We are super close to Downtown Asheville, The Biltmore Estate, Winery and the Asheville Outlets. The home is less than 2 miles from the Asheville Outlets and a 24 hour grocery store, 3 miles from the Biltmore Estate, and 5 miles from Downtown Asheville. The home is less than 5 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway, the North Carolina Arboretum, Bent Creek Recreational Area known for world class mountain biking trails and Carrier Park where you can fish, use the walking/running track, Kayak, or canoe. Super quiet neighborhood tucked away so you can come home and relax after a fun day of site seeing. Look at the map of listings and see if you can find a house that is positioned closer to both - Downtown Asheville & The Biltmore Estate.
We welcome long term guests, executive stay, corporate leases, relocation, seasonal, etc.. Our home is meticulously cared for with high-end comfortable furnishings, a well-manicured yard to enjoy, a lovely deck with Adirondack chairs, and a grill for outdoor cooking on all those crisp summer evenings. We have wonderfully comfortable rooms to rest in after your fun-filled days in Asheville. The Western North Carolina Farmers Market and the new Asheville premium Outlet shopping mall are both just 2-3 minutes away. One of our favorite features is that our home is less than 5 minutes from the following: The Blue Ridge Parkway entry (hiking trails, breathtaking overlooks, French Broad River), The Arboretum, and Carrier Park (kayak, canoe, dog park, walking/running track, and fishing (permit required)). This peaceful home is bright and airy with beautiful scenery to enjoy while you relax.

The master has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom has a queen, the 3rd bedroom is more of an “upstairs master” with a queen, and the 4th bedroom also has a queen. The mattresses are all pillow top plush super premium Serta “heavenly sleepers”. The open gourmet "full granite" kitchen has all stainless appliances and is connected with the open dining room. The dining area has a huge Italian dining table that easily seats 8. The dining area also has a wonderful fireplace for warming the room on those cool fall/winter evenings. Nestled just above the fireplace is a built in 50in. flat screen TV with the full package on HD channels including HBO, Wi-Fi, Netflix etc..

House layout: Main floor: granite kitchen with all stainless appliances; dining table seats up to 8-10, granite bar island for additional seating; gas log fireplace, 50 inch TV; looking out the back windows or outside on the wraparound deck there are spectacular mountain views... Adirondack chairs and tables are outside on the deck

The Master room is set with king ultra premium bed with satin thread count sheets etc., a large walk in closet, a Jacuzzi tub, a separate tiled shower, double vanity all granite/oak;
2nd bedroom has a ultra premium queen bed with satin thread count sheets, has granite/oak full bath with walk in closet
Our washer/dryer is on the downstairs level in it's own area enclosed along the hall.
Upper level: 3rd Room “Upstairs Master” bedroom has a ultra premium queen bed with satin thread count sheets, a sitting area with leather couch, a full bath granite/oak, and a huge walk in closet.
The 4th bedroom has a ultra premium queen bed with satin thread count sheets, closet, and shares the full bath with 2nd door access from the great room.
The Great Room is huge and great for entertaining, relaxing, you name it - with 2 large sofas (1 queen size premium futon), oversized sofa chair, large desk, family table for games etc., a 44 inch flat screen TV with DVD player, Wi-Fi Internet throughout, DVD’s, games, cards, etc.;

16 - 29 days notice forfeits $300 security deposit and 50% of entire payment
