Cozy and luxurious apartment in the center of Calpe, Spain, with 3 spacious bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower and toilet, is only 300 meters from the beautiful beach, which offers families a lot of space for summer activities and is very attractive for those seeking peace and quiet in the colder seasons.
The apartment has an area of ​​102 square meters, the perfect size for up to 6 people, located on the 2nd floor and can be reached by elevator.

On request we offer you a free cot with extra mattress in the apartment.
For our youngest guests we have a high chair, for which we also have an inflatable seat cushion.

The first few days there is enough toilet paper, washing-up liquid, coffee pads and tea and the first gas bottle.

Upon arrival you will receive a welcome pack and seasonal fruit.

Due to its location, this apartment is ideal for a relaxing holiday.

The beautiful old town of Calpe is in the immediate vicinity.

Many shops, restaurants and bars are on the doorstep and are within walking distance and a car is not really necessary.

On Saturday there is a weekly market that you can visit within 2 minutes.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
a) All Guests must comply with all House Rules and any other instructions from the Property Owner
Karin Loomans during their stay; and
b) Guests must notify the Property Owner of any disputes or complaints from neighbors as soon as reasonably practicable.

NOISE AND THE NEIGHBORHOOD
a) Guests and Visitors must keep noise to a minimum as not to disturb the occupants of neighboring properties – especially during nighttime hours (e.g. 11pm – 8am), and upon arrival and departure;
b) Excessive noise is prohibited at all times and may result in termination of the vacation rental agreement, eviction, loss of rental paid and extra charges which may be deducted from the Security Deposit;

VISITORS
a) Guests are allowed a maximum of 2 Visitors at any time during their stay.
b) Guests are responsible for ensuring maximum visitor numbers are not exceeded; and that. Visitors are complicit with these House Rules.

FUNCTIONS
a) Parties and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited at the Vacation Rental; and
b) Any small gathering must comply with other rules set regarding Noise, the Neighborhood and Visitor numbers.

PARKING
Parking is outside on a public space. You also can book a place in the 24/7 garage 23 min away at Plaza Major https://parclick.es/parking-calpe/lubasa_calpe

AIRCONDITION
The A/C has to be shut off if the guests leave the apartment or are on the balcony with open doors... It's not economical...
Think about the extra costs.

GARBAGE AND RECYCLING
a) Guests and their Visitors are to dispose of Garbage and Recycling
in accordance with the usual practice at the Vacation Rental (as set out below) in the allocated trash cans, and excess rubbish must not be left in public or common areas; and
b) Garbage and Recycling arrangements at the Vacation Rental are as follows:
You can bring your garbage downstairs outside every day from Monday to Sunday into the trashcans
It will picked up at night

SECURITY
a) Any time Guests leave the Vacation Rental, it is their responsibility to ensure all windows and doors are closed/locked to maintain security and prevent rain and water damage.
b) Guests must switch off lights, air conditioning, fans, electronics such as televisions when not in use to promote energy saving. It is not permitted to leave the air conditioning on when Guests are absent from the Vacation Rental.

SMOKING
Smoking is not permitted inside the Vacation Rental;

PETS
Pets are not permitted at the Vacation Rental

DAMAGES AND BREAKAGES
a) All Damages and Breakages must be reported to the Property Manager as soon as reasonably practicable. Failure to report them will likely result in a penalty deduction from the security deposit. And;
b) To avoid Damages and Breakages, no furniture is to be moved from one room to another without prior agreement. Also;
c) No bathroom towels are to be removed from the property (i.e. for beach use). Separate beach towels are provided for this purpose.

CHECK-OUT ARRANGEMENTS
Rules for key handover, security, cleaning, garbage, etc. are as follows:
On check out day i will come personally to pick up the keys.
All dishes, glasses etc has to be back on the right cupboard, clean and dry. All garbage has to be removed.
If you have any food/ drinks , shower gel , etc left, i will bring it to a womans / men shelter..
They‘re happy with everything.

COMPLIANCE
a) Breach of any of these House Rules is a breach of the Terms and Conditions of occupancy as per the Rental Agreement.
The Owner r reserve the right to terminate permission to occupy and to evict from the Vacation Rental, any Guests or Visitors who refuse to follow these House Rules or who cause a nuisance to neighbors or other residents of the community.

Payment Policy

Refundable Damage Deposit
The deposit is not applied toward the rent; however, it is fully refundable within 10 days of departure, provided the following provisions are met :

 The measured power consumption during your stay is up to 50 kWh per week
 There are no traces of smoking inside the apartment
 No damage is done to the property or its contents, beyond normal wear and
tear.
 No charges are incurred due to illegal activity, pets or collection of rents or
services rendered during the stay
 All furniture and content is in its original place and all gadgets handed over
to you during your stay are returned to the owner
 All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in the rubbish bin and everything
you used from the kitchen inventory is clean and in its original place
 All keys are returned to the owner
 All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure
 No linens are lost or damaged , Matrasses are only usable with the protector
on it.
 The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner) or
the local law enforcement.
