4 BEDROOMS with 2 1/2 BATHS in pristine Anaheim Hills. Centrally located in Orange County, minutes away from Disneyland and beautiful Southern California beaches. Close to Los Angeles, San Diego, Palm Springs and the mountains. While hidden in the hills, you're still close to local freeways, shopping, entertainment and plenty of things to do.

SUNSHINE! Over 320 days of sunshine every year and an average daytime temperature of 76 degrees!

SWIMMING POOL & HOT TUB is perfect for a lazy day or after a long day of sightseeing. With over 300 days of sunshine per year, you're bound to catch a nice tan lounging in our backyard.

KITCHEN is modern and newly remodeled with granite counter tops and views to the backyard. Lots of cabinets and plenty of cookware, utensils, dishes and glasses. Lots of places to eat! Choose from the casual dining table, the formal dining table or outside overlooking the pool.

RECREATION ROOM & BAR offers a 7' pool table, fireplace, lounge chairs and large windows overlooking the pool. The bar has granite counter tops, sink, and mini refrigerator. Cocktails anyone?

LIVING ROOM is spacious with vaulted ceilings with a flat screen TV and fireplace.

MASTER BEDROOM is a suite with a Cal King bed, a cozy fireplace, a sitting area, and TV with Netflix. The master bath offers 2 large closets, double vanity, and sunken shower.

THREE GUEST BEDROOMS Bedroom #1 and #2 have Queen beds with mountain views. Bedroom #3 has a full over full bunk bed with a view overlooking the swimming pool. All bedrooms have large closets and plenty of space.

KID FRIENDLY! If you're traveling with kids, they'll love our 'Surf's Up' bedroom. It's decorated with surfboards and feels like you're in a cabana on the beach! We have plenty of toys, a large grassy front yard, a side yard in the back, lots of games, and many places to explore. For small children, our Anaheim Hills Hideaway offers a highchair, car seats, stroller, and portable cribs.

AMENITIES! Indoor laundry room, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning/heating. Stay entertained with TV's, DVD players, CD player, docking station, NETFLIX, and games. Lots of space, over 2,600 square feet!
