A warm, 3 bedroom house with Adirondack charm right in Saranac Lake Village.

Built in the 1920's, the house is walkable to stores, a park, and less than a mile from downtown. Only an 18 minute drive to Lake Placid, it's also a short drive to a number of hikes, lakes and outdoor activities. Less than a mile to the Adirondack Medical Center.

The living room, mini "library", half bath, and kitchen/dining are on the first floor. Three bedrooms plus the full bath are upstairs.
 
Deck for grilling, plus fire pit and chairs for fireside enjoyment.

- Maximum of two cars parked on property.
- No additional/unregistered guests.
- Tampering with security cameras/wifi is not permitted.
- Primary Guest must sign rental agreement within 1 week of receipt or 48 hours before check in.
- Guest will need to provide a copy of their photo ID.
- Guest are required to pay a security deposit of $400 through PayPal. This is completely refundable if no excessive damage has been caused.
- Primary Guest must be over 30 years old.
- No smoking on property.
- No unregistered pets are allowed.

- Violation of these rules will result in immediate cancellation on the remainder of the reservation without refund.
