Pets are allowed

Yes we do as long as the dog is potty trained and is not a puppy. We ask the dogs to not be on the furniture and be put in the crate provided in the master's room closets while not home with the dogs. Please know anything that is torn up or chewed up, destroyed, or has to be deep cleaned by your dog you will be held responsible for on top of your deposit.

Overview

Enjoy unobstructed ocean views from this dog-friendly, seaside home. The front deck is a great place to feel the breeze, while the BBQ pit on the patio makes it easy to have a summertime cookout. Inside, you'll find a full kitchen, central air conditioning, and multiple flatscreen TVs for the whole family. Plus, there's an outside shower for rinsing off seashells and sandy feet.

What’s nearby:

This home is located on the Bolivar Peninsula, just a short ride from downtown Galveston on the ferry. The beach is just steps away from the front door. Rent a golf cart or take a day with the family to check out Crystal Beach's shopping, restaurants, birdwatching, live music and the Funspot water slide, just two miles away. The Gulf Range is a great place to take the whole family for miniature golf and a game of Giant Jenga!

Full kitchen (with dishwasher)

Two small dogs are welcome with a small nightly fee

Guest access
Full access to the house besides one owner closet, the garage downstairs and the elevator lift. Sorry for insurance liability we are not allowed to let guest use the lift.
Other things to note
If you are wanting to rent a golf cart during your stay please let us know and we can facilitate it.

King size bed, with convertible chair that can be made into a single bed. Flat screen tv with roku, and a shower/tub bathroom attached.

2 Full Turtle Room

1 full bed

2 full beds, desk, gaming systems for the kids, and a flat screen tv w a Roku remote.

Living Room

1 sofa bed

Pull out sofa sleeper with all the bedding and pillows for the bed.

Policies and Rules

Check In: 3PM - 12AM (midnight)

Remote keypad. We will message them the code a few hours before check in. We also have a lockbox on site with a backup for emergency cases.

Minimum age limit for renters: 21

No one under the age of 21 can rent.

Maximum occupancy

8 is the max and we don’t recommend anymore but if you have any additional people then it would be $75 a person and we only have pullout 2 cots.

House Rules

No smoking, do not flush anything but toilet paper down the toilet it will mess up the septic system and you or your guest will be held responsible. Same for the sink no oil or food down the drain please. Rinse all sand off of you, or any toys, things in the outside downstairs shower

Refundable Damage Deposit

We ask if they break anything to contact us right away bc we understand accidents happen. If they tear stuff up, or we find stuff broken they will be charged for it.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel 30 days before arrival after that there is no cancellation.
