Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM Check-Out is 11am.

Check out time is 11:00 am. A member of our cleaning staff will arrive at 10:45 am to assist you should you have any questions regarding your checkout. The cleaning staff is on a strict schedule so please adhere to the 11:00 am check out.

Please return Canoes/Kayaks/Tubes when not in use

Campfire in designated area only! Limited supply of firewood is provided. More can be purchased at local convenience store.

Please enjoy our property as it were your own, as you will be held responsible for any missing/damaged items.

Hot tub recommended temperature is 100 degrees F up to 104. Do not attempt to raise the temp above 104 - it will lock the hot tub. Do not turn off spa/breaker box or set temperature below 100 degrees F. If you notice that the water level decreases below the jet level please call (Phone number hidden by Airbnb)

In no event shall more persons than stated on the reservation without prior approval in writing by TRW Rentals L.L.C (A Above the River Cabin) and Owner, occupy the Rental Property. Towels/Linens are left for the number of guests listed on the agreement. Additional guests not previously approved will incur a $50 per person, per night additional charge and due to lease violation of occupancy the agreement will be immediately terminated and all parties removed from the premises with no refunds. No fraternities, school, civic, house parties or other non-family groups are allowed unless Owner grants prior approval in writing. In no event shall Guests assign or sublet the Rental Property in whole or in part.

We do request that you leave the cabin in a neat and orderly manner. Some cleaning supplies are furnished to help maintain it during your stay, we do not expect you to clean the cabin, just to treat the property respectfully and as if it were your own.No parties or events
