1. Leased premises is 12 Chiswick Road Boston, MA 02135 US. There will be a pet cleaning fee of $150 per pet. 2. Lessee acknowledges responsibility for any costs incurred due to damages, stains, and/or odors that result from having pets in the leased premises. PET DAMAGE OF ANY KIND IS NOT CONSIDERED NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR. 3. Lessee will not allow pet(s) to run free in any common areas of the apartment building. 4. Lessee will not allow pets to make any sounds that may be considered offensive or bothersome to abutting tenants' apartments. If complaints are received, there will be a $400 Violation Fee. 5. Lessee agrees to clean up pet waste immediately and dispose off pet feces in SEALED plastic bags in appropriate trash receptacles. 6. Lessee will keep pets away from any prohibited areas and must be leashed and supervised at all times when outdoors and in common areas. 7. Lessee agrees to keep pet well fed and watered. Lessee agrees to have pet up to date on all shots and immunizations. 8. Lessee will comply with local pet ordinances and tag requirements. 9. Lessor reserves the right to inspect leased premises during your stay, if Lessor deems it necessary, for pet related damages, odors, stains etc. 10. Lessee agrees to have the carpets cleaned by a professional cleaning service if the Lessor deems it necessary (if applies). 11. If any authorized pet is found on premise in violation of the provision of this agreement, Lessee will pay an additional $300 Violation Fee. 12. Lessor is not liable for any litigation costs resulting from any injuries or incidents Lessee's pet may cause. 13. Lessee will pay a one time non refundable cleaning fee of the amount specified either via email or via messages. 14. This agreement will stay in effect for as long as Lessee occupies leased premises. 15. Lessee agrees to comply with all the above clauses. If he / she does not comply, of if the pet becomes disruptive to other tenants, Lessee agrees to remove the pet from the leased premises and the building within (1) one day of receiving written notification from the Lessor. If Lessee refuses to remove pet after 1 day grace period, then Lessee agrees that Lessor will have pet removed by a method of Lessor's choice, at the expense of the Lessee. No other pets are allowed on the premises without prior consent. Any pet may be rejected by Management for any reason Management deems appropriate. Authorization may be terminated at any time if Residents' right of occupancy is lawfully terminated or if the pet rules listed below are violated in any way by Residents or Residents' guests or occupants. NO LIMIT LIABILITY. The additional security deposit or cleaning fee under this Pet agreement is not a limit on Residents' liability for property damages, cleaning, deodorizations, defleaing, replacements and / or personal injuries as set forth in this agreement.
