Rare 4000sf Farmhouse retreat w/Modern amenities, 6BR/3.5BA (10 beds!) behind Golf Course. Secluded 3.42 acres, 10 min to downtown Greenville, 10 to dwntwn Travelers Rest, 5 to Cherrydale Mall (movies, Starbucks, restaurants, shops), 4 min to 1,540-acre Paris Mtn State Park! Huge family kitchen, expansive private deck w/firepit. Pool table/ping pong, piano, board games, 8 TVs, FP, lots of parking. Home office, strong internet, extra care to disinfect. Travel pack-N-Play, high chair, kids dishes! Before you grocery shop: We stocked the pantry for you. Most of our guests are large/multi families who like to cook and don’t want to spend a fortune for spices you use a teaspoon of once, and leave. When we travel, we hate running to a store to spend $ on 20-25 things so we try to stock some basic things most people need…like a variety of seasonings in our spice drawer rack, garbage bags, paper towels, aluminum foil/wrap, ziplocs, Tupperware, 50+ variety coffee + tea bar w/sweeteners, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, tissues, extra pots + pans, Nutribullet, deep fryer, gas grill, smoker, Travel Pack-N-Play + high chair and more. We bought our home years ago and completely remodeled it over the years, with enough room for all our teenagers! However, we love traveling and seeing both the world as well as short staycations within a 1-hr radius of our home. After staying at a few short-term rental homes ourselves, we decided to begin renting our home, and we love sharing it with families coming to town for special occasions.

Contactless checkin (we'll message you the front door code the morning of your stay. Need an early check-in or late checkout? Just ask, we'll work with you best we can!

Minimum age limit for renters: 21

House Rules

No parking on grass or mulched beds; plenty of driveway and large parking slab; cars can only park on paved surfaces. Damage to grass will be charged $100 per sq ft of damage needing landscaping repair (we know; amazing we have to have this rule, but it’s the result of a guest tearing up our lawn!). Late checkout: in many cases, we can work with you and happy to help! However, understand that we have housekeeping and property management schedules to coordinate, so any late checkout requests must be agreed to in writing a minimum of 24 hours prior to the scheduled checkout time of original booking time/date and will be charged $40/hr. Guests not receiving approval in writing from hosts and not leaving house by 11am will be charged a $300.00 fee (why this rule? We once had a guest who didn’t ask, and refused to leave on time. Made prepping the house for next guests a nightmare and expensive. So...hence the rule).No smoking, No pets, No parties or events. Check-in is anytime after 3:00 PM

Notes

Home office has desk, comfortable chair (w/back support), strong internet, printer/scanner/copier + paper. Fully stocked coffee/tea/hot chocolate station + pastas. For peace of mind, we taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations. Home has lots of board games + books for rainy days too!
