Kitchen is fully stocked with appliances/utensils to prepare large or small meals
5 Burner Gas Stove, Dishwasher, 2 burner Induction stove cooktop, Over the Range Microwave convection oven for roasting and baking, Toaster oven, CrockPot, Rice cooker, 4 slotted toaster, Large fridge.

In compliance with new Hawaii rental laws we're required to make our property available once a month. However, you're not required to stay for on month. You're welcome to leave whenever you'd like or stay for the month = ) Please inquire with any questions in regard to dates, and availability and varying seasonal pricing.

Remember there are no booking service fees, etc...

We require a security deposit. that will vary based upon number of guests and or pet(s). Yes, we are pet friendly!

Since childhood and now adulthood, I've learned, and lived Aloha on the Island of Oahu, Hi. The essence of Aloha is sharing, caring, and helping people. Even people that you don't know. We look forward to spreading our ALOHA to our guest! My pass times include socializing, shopping, home improvement projects, all types of athletics especially distance running, Mt. Biking, Basketball, and hiking. However, nothing feels better than an spending time with my incredible two kids, wife, and amazing parents!

This property will only be made available once every 30 days to comply with new Hawaii rental laws.

To comply with the new Hawaii rental laws rental contracts will reflect a 30 day rental period. Your still welcome to stay for 1-30 days and will only be charged for the length of your stay, but in order to comply we need to show a 30 day rental agreement even if your only staying for 1 days for example.
