Beautifully rehabbed 160 year old Row Home on one of the most beautiful blocks in Baltimore. The front features a street full of Bradford Pear Trees, best seen in early spring....out back you'll a quaint yard shared between this property and 627 S. Paca St and there is also a large 1 car garage on the rear of the property. There is a small 2nd floor rear deck off the kitchen (which is on the 2nd floor) with views of Camden Yards, Raven’s Stadium, and our great neighborhood park. There is also a third floor deck with the same views along with a little of the local skyline. .....On the inside you'll find 2400 sf of contemporary loft style living....be sure to click on link at the bottom of the page to see many more photos!!

When I come back to Baltimore on occasion, this is the home I stay in…..I enjoy sharing my home and Baltimore with folks from around the world...Children are most welcome but please look at the photos to decide if you're comfortable having them run around this house....Quiet, responsible drinkers and non-drinkers are welcome and smokers are welcome (but ALL smoking must be done outside with butts disposed of appropriately)....Drugs in any form are not welcome....

As for parking, there is a large garage that accomodates 1 vehicle less than 20' long......Other than that, this is a permit only neighborhood....although parking enforcement is not typically too bad if there are no ballgames, but a guaranteed ticket on game days.....I do have a visitors permit that may be used for a second vehicle, but you'll have to sign over your first born if anything happens to it!!! It's like gold, and once lost, it can't be replaced until next year!!!

Below is a general pricing guide. I quote all stays based on number of nights, occupancy, events and timing.

2 nights -- $275-450/night (based on occupancy, events and timing)
3 nights -- $250-400/night (based on occupancy, events and timing)
4-6 nights -- $250-350/night (based on occupancy, events and timing)
7 nights -- $250-275/night (that is 1750+/week based on occupancy, events and timing)
> 7 nights is a custom quote

-- exceptional deals for > 7 day stays from December through March

-- 2 or 3 NIGHT MINIMUM --
Typically 3 Night minimum, but will consider 2 nights depending on time of year and existing bookings.

The cleaning fee is $175.

-- $350 REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT --
I collect a $350 damage deposit and it is returned within 5 days of departure. I do not accept any damage insurance in lieu of this deposit.

-- FAMILIES, BUSINESS TRAVELERS, GROUPS OF FRIENDS--
I generally have very enjoyable experiences working with and pleasing families and business travelers. I use to have very consistent, good success with large 'groups of friends', but my inquiries in that category have risen a lot since 2014 and so have some of the issues, headaches and heartache. These groups are often in for 2-3 night stays for things such as concerts, sporting events, birthday parties, reunions, bachelor and bachelorette parties. The groups of friends I have experienced the most hiccups with are often self categorized as 'professionals in their 20s-40s', so while that is important info, please understand it does not, by itself, make me feel 'comfortable' with a large group of friends. If you are going to be the responsible party for a large group of friends, PLEASE think about each of your companions and make sure you don't have anyone in your group that naturally attracts problems or trouble. If you do, please consider a hotel over my home or that of others, as problematic issues can affect a landlord’s entire business if it involves neighbors or neighborhood issues. If you are reserving for a Group of Friends, please provide some details about your group and your comfort with this info with your inquiry. (I may request linked-in and/or facebook profiles that can help me feel more comfortable with you and your group.)
