The French Quarter is 20 min away by foot. Marigny/Bywater is just down the street .

$7 UBER ride to the French Quarters/City Park/Downtown/SuperDome.

Local cafes, pop up eateries, venues/bars/art galleries all close by.
Chill living room with Cable TV/Chromecast, and lots of comfy bench seating and body pillows.

Very easy to access what our wonderful city has to offer. Plenty to get to by foot or short ride away by uber, bus, or streetcar. If you are driving we have a driveway for you to park in.
