House Rules The #1 rule is that you and your people have a happy, memorable stay! Please abide by the following rules to ensure everyone’s happiness and comfort: Family gatherings are allowed. Parties are not. No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes are allowed. Smoking is not allowed inside or outside the house to ensure a clean and allergy-free environment for my family and future guests. Your deposit will be forfeited if smoke is detected. No pets allowed. Pets are not allowed to ensure a clean and allergy-free environment for future guests. Suitable for toddlers and children under 12. No unregistered guests are allowed. Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. Please respect the noise curfew. Quite hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Please respect the check-in time of 4 pm and check-out time of 10 am. We often have guests checking in the same day you are leaving and our cleaning crew needs the time to clean and disinfect our home properly. Please take care of the furnishings. You are responsible to pay for damages. Please don’t rearrange the furniture. Please do your dishes. Please park up to 2 cars in the driveway. You are also allowed to park one on the street where available. Please take the trash out before you leave. Trash is picked up Tuesday morning so you are here Monday night, please take all the bins out to the street. Thank you. No illegal substances are allowed on the premises. Use of ANY fireworks or any illegal behavior is explicitly prohibited.
