The Endless Summer Florida House is a spacious and well-appointed vacation villa. The bright and welcoming interior offers an open foyer, two living rooms, dining room, full kitchen with new appliances and counter seating, dinette, guest bathroom, laundry room and attached two-car garage.

The Endless Summer Florida House offers five guest bedrooms and three full bathrooms on the second floor, including two master bedrooms. The master suite has an ensuite private bath with a large soaking tub, toilet room, stand-up shower and two vanities.

Premium sheets and towels are provided, as well as pool towels. This home has amenities for children, including a pack-and-play, high chair, baby gates, stroller, and a compliment of dishes and cups.

This enchanting property features a large screened-in heated pool and spa, outdoor shower, two covered lanais with a lake view, chaise lounges and table/chairs. As an added bonus, the house adjoins Sunset Lake, a well-stocked fishing lake and conservation area. Fishing is free for our guest!

Driveway parking, clothes washer and dryer, high speed internet/Wi-Fi and cable TV are complimentary for our guests. Pool heat can be purchased in the cooler months and a BBQ can be rented.

If you decide to explore the Sunset Lake during your stay, you'll find a small fishing pier as well as cabana where you can enjoy the morning sunrise, the spectacular sunset and... Disney fireworks!
