Walking distance from many breweries, restaurants and shops, this house is on a quieter street with easy street parking and is close to Fiserv Forum. Each floor has its own kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms, but it's easy to move freely between both units. Well curated and designed, this is your stylish urban oasis within the heart of Milwaukee's east side!
It's all about the details in this stylish and classy duplex, located in one of the best neighborhoods in Milwaukee. Built in 1890 with old town, vintage charm, this classy and stylish 1500 sq ft duplex is on a quiet street with easy parking, only steps to the many breweries, bars, restaurants and shops located on Brady and Water Street (and 1 mile from Fiserv Forum). Sip your coffee from either of the front porches or relax in the back yard under the shaded pergola. This is a perfect stay for groups of friends or two families.

There are 4 total bedrooms, with 3 king size beds, one queen size bed. Additionally, there is one pull out, memory foam sofa bed in the same bedroom as another king size bed in the upstairs level. All of the beds are memory foam mattresses. Each of the 2 levels has its own separate entrance, each with its own kitchen and bathroom and 2 bedrooms on each level. The back door of the lower level is steps from the upper level entrance. The upstairs level is slightly larger than the downstairs level, which has smaller bedrooms. All 8 guests can gather together upstairs in a cozy setting. Need space to work from home? There is high speed WiFi throughout the house.

Relax outside with your group as the ivy covered patio area has seating for 8 and each level has its own front porch. There is an exterior flight of stairs up to the house. The upstairs entrance located in the back has an interior flight of stairs to its unit. Built in 1890 with all of its charm, the floors are slightly sloped in a few areas. This thoughtfully curated space with beautiful details throughout was not designed with children in mind and may not be suitable for kids under 9 (no wall secured furniture and on the first floor a wall of antiqued mirror tiles that could be a hazard to young children).

"The house is gorgeous! It’s clean, in a safe and easily accessible neighborhood to just about everything! We loved the personal touches, perfectly stocked kitchen, good linens and clean space. There is a keurig and a coffee pot for anyone like me with extreme caffeine needs and nights outside on the patio are fantastic! Absolutely amazing house."

"As others have said the location is prime. Somehow a quiet neighborhoods two blocks from the action on Brady St. Check in was simple and Annie was great with communication and support if needed. Loved having morning coffee on the balcony. Meticulously clean and cooly designed apartment with plenty of room for myself and two teens. Highly recommend. Thanks for a great stay."
