Curry is a native of this area and is a professional home refurbisher/remodeler. When he purchased this house he had a vision of what a great place his could be as a vacation rental, and together with his wife Fran turned it into a charming and comfortable place ideal for vacationers. The couple had so much fun meeting new friends and welcoming guests into their vacation home, that they decided to add three more vacation rental homes, catering to smaller groups or couples with a smaller budget.

Payment Policy
50% at booking; remainder 60 days prior to check-in.
Refundable Damage Deposit
Deposit will be returned within five business days of check-out assuming no damage is noted.
Cancellation Policy
100% refund for cancellations 60 days prior to check-in date. No refund for cancellations within 60 days.
House Rules
RENTAL RULES

1. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the house. Smoking is allowed outside only. Evidence of smoking inside the house will subject the guest to a fine of $1,000 and/or the loss of their security deposit.
2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property unless discussed in advanced with Homeowner. Any other person on the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
3. This property is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

5. Only use appliances for their intended uses
6. PETS are permitted only with prior approval and the Pet Addendum must be completed.
7. Pool: The pool is for the guests’ convenience and entertainment. There is no lifeguard on duty and guests shall swim at their own risk. No diving or running is allowed. No glass shall be allowed in the pool area. Owner shall be held harmless for any accidents or injuries sustained by the guests. All three gates surrounding the pool must be kept latched at all times.
8. Bikes: Bikes are provided for the guests’ convenience and entertainment. Owner shall be held harmless for any accidents or injuries sustained by the guests.
9. Parking. Parking is limited to the driveway. Vehicles are to be parked in the driveway only, and parking is not allowed on the grass or on the road. Improperly or illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
10. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate.
11. Fireplace: The fireplace is for aesthetic purposes only and is not to be used.
12. Candles, kerosene lamps, or other open flames are not allowed in the home at any time. If an electrical outage occurs, you can find flashlights under each bathroom sink and under the kitchen sink.
13. Sewage system: DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products, paper towels, wet-wipes, or any other item except human waste or toilet paper should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products or other restricted items have been flushed and clog the system, you will be charged actual expenses for plumbing services.
14. Storms:
If there is a storm or hurricane, no refunds will be given unless:
• The state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area" and/or
• A "mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area of residence of a vacationing guest.
• The day that the authorities order a mandatory evacuation order in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning," area, we will refund:
 Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered;
 Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten the stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and
 Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the "Hurricane Warning" period.
