The “Sweet” Jax Beach House - Jacksonville Beach

Unwind at this stunning beachside townhome. Our home has recently been renovated with high-end, durable and comfortable finishes! These include custom 100 year old reclaimed solid heart pine wood flooring, solid maple custom cabinetry, & custom granite countertops. Comfy bed linens by Pottery Barn & Vera Wang to name a few! Also, enjoy ocean views from the 2nd floor balcony. Our home is centrally located, so come stay with us & you're sure to reset & relax at our "sweet" beach house by the sea.

The space
3 bedrooms, 2 and one half bathrooms

Bedroom #1- Master bedroom; King bed with ensuite, double vanity and large walk-in shower, two separate closets and one chest of drawers. Large floor mirror and reading chair with ottoman.

Bedroom #2 - Queen bed, large closet, reading chair
Bedroom #3- 2 / Twin beds
Bathroom #2 - Tub/Shower combination, pedestal sink located near bedrooms #2 & #3

Half bath is located on the second floor of the home.

All bedrooms are located on the third floor of the home .
Laundry area is located on the third floor of the home.

The garage is located on the ground floor, at the entrance level.
The living room, balcony, kitchen, dining room and half bath is located on the second floor.
All bedrooms and two full bathrooms are located on the third floor of the home.
There are two full sets of stairs in the home.
There are two parking spaces in the driveway of the home available to guests during their stay.
The garage is not available for guests to use other than access to the beach chairs, beach cart, etc. please DO NOT disturb the golf cart that is stored in the garage. That is our personal cart and NOT part of the rental. Thank you in advance for respecting this request.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home. This home does have two flights of stairs. Please keep that in mind when booking if mobility is an issue, and/or if you are traveling with young children. There are baby gates available to block the stairs.

Other things to note
Our pet policy is that we allow up to two dogs up to 40lbs, and under. The pet fee for a dog(s) is nonrefundable and is $200.00 per stay.

Also, our home has an efficiency apartment located on the ground level in the back of our home that is accessed through the back alley. You may occasionally hear the TV from the apartment if we also have guests there during your stay. Please be assured that there is no interior access between the two spaces.

ALSO, please note that the parking is VERY LIMITED!! The parking that is available near our home is for residents only. There is not public parking available. There are 4 public parking spaces across from our home, but they are RARELY open and accessible. Although the beach access in front of our house is technically “public” there are rarely any public spaces available for people to park and access the beach. Therefore, please plan accordingly and understand that there are only 2 parking spaces available for guests/visitors in our driveway. There is no other parking consistently available. Our guests are only permitted to park in our personal, private driveway, that’s only 2 spaces.
