This spacious three‑story beach home is designed for comfort, convenience, and plenty of room for everyone.
1st Floor:
Enjoy a bright, open living area perfect for gathering after a day in the sun. The fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep a breeze, and the washer/dryer adds extra convenience. This level also includes a bedroom with a full bath and a custom Queen‑over‑King bunk bed.
2nd Floor:
Retreat to the luxurious master suite featuring a King bed, Jacuzzi tub, and walk‑in shower. Another bedroom on this floor offers a custom Queen‑over‑Queen bunk bed and its own full bath—ideal for families or groups who appreciate extra space.
3rd Floor:
The top level includes a custom Queen‑over‑Queen bunk bed, a Full/Twin bunk bed, and a convenient half bath. A microwave and mini fridge in the living space adds flexibility for snacks and quick meals. Step out onto the large deck to soak up the sun, enjoy the views, or relax with family and friends.

Outdoor Amenities:
The private pool area is perfect for unwinding. Pool heating is available for an additional $40 per night.

Pet Friendly:
Dogs only. Your furry family members are welcome. The pet fee is $30./per night per dog. Two dog max.

This entire home is accessible except the housekeeper closet in Kitchen and the owner's closet in the Master suite. There is a closet in the Master Suite for Guest.

BeachDaze is located on Thomas Dr. with the driveway opening to the street. With a short walk from our front door, across the street to Rick Seltzer Park, you will have beach access. Thomas Dr. is a popular, scenic coastal, and entertainment-focused road, characterized by its proximity to beaches, local restaurants, and attractions like St. Andrews State Park. 
Key features of Thomas Drive include:
* Location: Situated on the eastern end of Panama City Beach.
* Scenery: It offers direct access to the beach, with many eateries overlooking the Gulf.
* Vibe: It is known for a more relaxed, "local" pace compared to other parts of town, while still featuring arcades, mini-golf, and nightlife. 

Primary Transportation Options:
Golf Carts & Low-Speed Vehicles (LSVs): These are very popular on Thomas Drive for short trips to the beach, restaurants, and shops.
Ride-Sharing (Uber/Lyft): Available 24/7, though pickup times can be longer during busy periods.
Walking/Biking: The area is relatively compact, making walking or biking feasible for nearby attractions.
Bay Town Trolley: Fixed-route bus service runs along the beach, offering an affordable option.
Personal Vehicle: While easy for reaching the area, expect heavy traffic and limited parking during spring break or summer.

Pet Fee: a non-refundable pet fee of $30/night per dog. Two dog max.

Pool heat: heating is available for an additional $40./night for the duration of your stay, and will need at least a 48hr notice to allow it time to warm up before your arrival.
