This 33 acre vineyard estate is the perfect spot for family gatherings, anniversaries and birthdays in a QUIET, rural setting.

This spectacular estate on 33 acres is an amazing place for celebrating family events. The 4500 square foot home, extensively remodeled in the summer of 2010, features 5 bedrooms and 5 1/2 baths comfortably sleeping 12. The outdoor facilities include an immense travertine pool deck & outdoor kitchen, Bocce Ball courtyard and Wine Cave, tennis court, garden areas, terraced olive groves, 2 acre lake with sand beach, 6 acre vineyard and 12 acres of woods. A thrilling 100' water slide leads from the pool level to the water-trampoline in the lake.
From the property there is ready access to dozens of local wineries, local restaurants and shopping from Costco to the boutiques around the Sonoma Square. The best private golf courses in the area include the Sonoma Golf Club and Mayacama, both of which are tour-quality.

The Master Bath offers a claw-foot tub, shower and dual sinks. The Upstairs Guest Bedroom also has a queen bed and has a full bath with shower and single sink. The "Office" features a great "Murphy Bed" with a REAL queen mattress. This room can double as a work area by folding the murphy bed up. A loft area sits at the top of the stairs and is a great little reading spot or escape, above the Living Room. The last room upstairs is the "Kids Room", a gigantic room with a queen and 2 twin beds, half a dozen cushy bean-bags, a 46" HDTV, DVD Player and Wii. Guess who will end up there?
