The open plan kitchen has everything you will need for your stay including a toaster, cooking pots, utensils and even a coffeemaker. From the kitchen island you look out to the living room/dinning are as well as beautiful direct ocean view through ceiling windows. The dining area has a table and four chairs. The dining area leads into the living area which has a comfortable couch along with a Smart TV that is perfect after a long day at the beach.


Master Bedroom :
The master bedroom has a king sized bed with high quality memory foam and ecologically produced bed linens and beautiful ocean views. The walk-in closet provides plenty of space to store all your clothes and the master bath has a separate shower and tub so that you don’t have to wait for your turn. This bedroom has flat screen TV.

Second Bedroom :
The 2nd bedroom has two full size beds and direct ocean view. This bedroom has flat screen TV as well. Plenty of closet space and own bathroom with shower.

The neighborhood has plenty of shopping available with a Walmart right across the street for food shopping during extended stays, there are several restaurants available including Etaru which sits right on the Beach next to the building beach service area.

This property is located in the upscale neighborhood of Hallandale just steps from the HYDE beach and minutes from the Aventura Mall and the restaurants in Sunny Isles Beach.

30 days or more:
-Resort Fee is $15 + tax/day
-Parking is $280 + tax for a month
-Security Deposit is $30 per night (Fully refundable)
