For the 2025 season, our villa has new kitchen dishes, flatware and glasses. Fresh paint throughout the villa. The floors have been steam-cleaned. Every area in the condo has been deep cleaned and is ready for your beach vacation. The building recently completed extensive weather proofing throughout the property, updating the elevator, fire alarm/suppression system and improvements to the pool, deck area and equipment. North Shore Place stands apart from other buildings due to the ongoing maintenance and updates ensuring our guests have an enjoyable and uneventful stay.

Policies and Rules

Check In: 3PM - Flexible

Guest will receive access codes for garage/elevator and door lock codes for the villa prior to arrival. Codes will be provided no later than three days to arrival. Codes for the villa door lock will be activated at 3pm on day of arrival.

Minimum age limit for renters: 25

Minimum age for primary renter is 25 and must occupy the condo during the entire stay. No subletting of the condo and all minors must be accompanied with adults at all times.

House Rules

The Town of Hilton Head has stated quiet hours from 10am to 7am. Parties and loud noises are not allowed in the condo, the pool, or anywhere on the property. Additional rules and guidelines are listed in the condo welcome book provided in the condo.

Damage Deposit Policy

As a security deposit alternative, houfyProtect, an upfront nonrefundable low cost property damage protection policy for just $5 per night, is taken at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

The Parties agree to the following:
Payment - 50% of rental due upon acceptance of rental agreement.
Remaining 50% balance due 60 days before first day of reservation.
Cancellation 60 days prior to first day of reservation - 100% refund.
Cancellation after 60 days of first day of reservation - no refund.
* If owner is able to secure new tenant, funds will be refunded minus 25% of rental agreement.

Notes

Owner has the right to inspect the premises with prior notice in accordance with applicable State laws. Should the Tenant(s) violate any of the terms of this agreement, the rental period shall be terminated immediately in accordance with State law. Tenant(s) waives all rights to process if they fail to vacate the premises upon termination of the rental period. Tenant(s) shall vacate the premises at the expiration time and date of this agreement. Holdover Tenants will Incur $500 nightly expense per night if they fail to vacate the premises on the agreed upon departure date listed above.
