Beautiful, elegant and tranquil Palm Springs vacation compound is located on approx. 20,000 sft grounds, featuring private 2 saltwater pools, 2 private spas, in beautifully landscaped fenced private back-yard featuring magical mountain views, minutes from down town, sleeping 12 guests in two adjacent Villas with 6 spacious bedrooms and spa-like 4 bathrooms. Plenty of covered lounge space to relax around the private pools and spas in the beautifully landscaped, private, fenced backyards, with two private heat-able (fees apply) saltwater pools, and spas. Enjoy your dinner outside under the covered patios and feel free to use our stainless steel BBQs (gas is provided).
Each villa was recently remodeled and is also rented separately with over 500 5-star reviews (check our profile to see the villas and their reviews). The sparkly saltwater pools and spas are newly plastered. Enjoy two kitchens, each equipped with top appliances, and plenty of cooking and dining ware, as well as free condiments, spices and coffee / tea.

Of course, the homes have lots of free amenities, such as bath amenities towels and linens, well-equipped kitchens with top appliances. We provide pool floats, playpens and high chairs, ping pong tables.

Each villa has a spacious open floor plans designed with beautiful, stylish furnishings and thoughtful touches. The modern tile flooring and the beautifully designed furniture add to the stylish design of each home. The open floor plan features a nice flow from the beautifully landscaped private backyard, through large sliders into the living room, dining room, and kitchen. OPTIONAL EXTRAS:
We offer some optional extras for you to choose from, and inform you of the associated fees as follows:

POOL HEATING:
Fee $185 per day per pool, if you choose to heat one or both pools pools on any day during your stay (you don't need to heat the pool during your entire stay).

SPA HEATING:
Fee $95 per day / per spa (from 6 - 10 pm) on the dates and time you choose to enjoy the spa.

Discounts for pool and spa heat are negotiable with stays over one week.

EARLY CHECK IN / LATE CHECK OUT:
Fee $150 per option / per villa. Early check in allow access from 8 am on your arrival date. Late check out allows you to stay until 6 pm on the departure day. The regular check in time is from 4 pm, check out time is by 11 am. You can choose to book these options for one or both villas. The option is subject to availability as we have to block the adjacent travel dates for you. We suggest booking this early as availability is limited.

PET FEES:
Fee $195 per pet / per stay. We allow your furry family members to join you, and we would appreciate it, if you could kindly use poop bags and remove any pet remnants from the property (such as backyard / front yard, etc.).

EXTRA GUEST FEE:
Fee $50 / night / guest from 8 guests. While the property allows up to 12 guests, we do charge an extra guest fee for any guests after 8 guests.

CITY NOISE ORDINANCE: Palm Springs laws prohibit music and loud noise outside, and charge a fine of $500 per complaint, which the guest is responsible for.

FEES AND RATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AND ARE NON-NEGOTIABLE.

The owner and the Management Company are not liable for any loss or stolen personal items from guests.
The owner and Management Company are not liable for any accidents or injuries occurring on the premises. Kindly note that using the pool and spa is at your own risk, and that you should consult with your physician before using the pool and/or spa. Areas around the pool and spa are slippery, and we ask that you are careful coming out of the pol and spa. Jumping from the side lines into the pool is dangerous, and we suggest you avoid that. Children should never be outside around the pools pool and spas without adult supervision as the pools and spas are not fenced.

NOTE: The homes are located 15 minutes from Palm Springs airport and airplane noise can be heard depending on the direction of the winds.
