Refundable Damage Deposit

We refund when the cleaning team tells us all is well.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations 30 days prior to check in will receive a full refund.
Cancellation between 14 days will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations less than 7 days will receive no refund.
There are no refunds for poor snow conditions, severe weather or early departure.
