***Villamare will soon have the most premier outdoor pool amenity complex on Hilton Head Island! Our main outdoor pool and hot tub have been expanded, and we've built a separate 'Serenity Area' with it's own outdoor pool and hot tub. The new facilities will be ready by April or earlier!

Enjoy a memorable vacation on Hilton Head Island in this well-appointed and decorated condominium. Newly renovated in 2022! This beautiful two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit is in Villamare within the Palmetto Dunes Resort - one of the most desirable places to stay on Hilton Head Island!

From either of the two fourth floor balconies, you overlook Villamare’s pond and fountain, pool, beach and Atlantic Ocean. It doesn’t get much better than this!

Your health and safety is our top concern, and our cleaning crew utilizes thorough sanitation and disinfecting protocols before every stay. In addition, our A/C system is equipped with air purification that has been proven to improve indoor air quality and eliminate viruses.

The living area features floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the ocean, and the dining area seats six. The fully equipped kitchen is updated with granite countertops, a breakfast bar with seating for two and stainless-steel appliances. We have all the cookware, kitchen utensils, dishes and flatware that you could need. We have both a Keurig and a standard coffee maker. A full-size washer and dryer are provided for your use.

The master bedroom has an open floor plan with king bed and freestanding bathtub. From this bedroom, as well as the living area, there is access to the main balcony with stunning ocean views! The balcony is well shaded in the morning to enjoy a cup of coffee, or you can look forward to having a glass of wine with a nice breeze in the evening! The master bath is private to the bedroom with a double granite-top vanity and a private shower. This room includes a desk for those who choose to keep up with work, and there are room-darkening shades for those who wish to sleep in!

The spacious second bedroom has two queen beds and a private balcony. The bathroom is private to the bedroom and features a double granite-top vanity and a private shower. Room darkening shades are also provided for this bedroom.

Lushly landscaped grounds greet you with palmetto palms and lagoons throughout the Villamare complex, maintaining the tropical vibe felt throughout the Palmetto Dunes Resort. Enjoy extensive lounge seating around the large oceanfront pool deck, as well as high-top seating and private restrooms. Relax in the outdoor hot tub or let the young ones play in the shallow kiddie pool! The grilling area right next to our building has four gas grills with ample seating overlooking the ocean.

Villamare’s private boardwalk with outdoor showers leads you to the vast beach of Hilton Head Island. Our building has the closest beach access in Villamare.

The indoor health club building includes a pool, hot tub, lounge chairs, fitness center and sauna.

Other features of our condo include high-speed Wi-Fi, board games and a 65-inch 4k HDTV with Blu-ray player and Netflix in the living room. Both bedrooms have 55-inch 4k HDTVs and Netflix, and an additional Blu-ray player is provided in the second bedroom. We provide six beach chairs, a beach cart, cooler, koozies and tumblers.

We have a Pack-n-Play for your use, as well as some beach toys. We will send you recommended providers if you wish to rent baby and beach gear during your stay.

Luggage carts are available at the parking level of our building, and there is a commercial ice maker to load up your cooler!

Your entry into our unit is through a keypad door code, so no keys to pick up!

Parking passes for the Palmetto Dunes Resort are $25 per vehicle up to one week and are paid directly to Palmetto Dunes upon arrival.

On a final note, please be aware that guests are not allowed to bring pets onto the property, and Villamare has a very strict dog policy. Any infractions are subject to a heavy fine by Property Management.
