A contemporary “13 sided”, three level beach front home with gorgeous panoramic views of the Delaware Bay and private access to miles of sandy beaches. Villas, NJ is located on the West Coast of the Jersey shore. This tranquil location provides sunsets that warm the heart, calm the soul and ease the mind. It’s one of the few places on our West coast where you can walk the peaceful beach, enjoy regular sightings of dolphins swimming by and experience the best sunsets this side of Key West.

The fabulous beach level seasonal kitchen/bar is fully equipped with appliances (sink, range, two refrigerators, toaster oven, microwave), including a powder room, open from late April to late October…has the feel of ‘Malibu’ without the cost!
There is a fenced in yard for your two or four legged children. For your entertainment, there are board games and puzzles, equipment and accessories for water sports plus chairs, umbrellas, and toys for the beach.

There are many amenities neighboring Villas that offer romantic and charming coastal communities, like the historic town of Victorian Cape May with its award-winning restaurants and beaches, as well as shopping, art galleries, and nightlife (10 minutes away) and The Wildwoods with boardwalks, amusement rides, and water parks (15 minutes away). Other nearby attractions include numerous wineries, breweries, distilleries, golf courses, marinas, the Cape May Bird Observatory, and the Cape May County Zoo.

I am originally from the Pittsburgh area and moved to Bucks County, PA to complete my college education. During that time I started going to the Jersey shore, which was a short distance away. I then discovered the Cape May area and fell in love. In 1993, I purchased property here and built the Round House, which became my weekend getaway. After retirement, I turned the house into a seasonal weekly rental. The unique design of the house has no resistance to wind. Due to its shape the wind flows around it. This design affords the panoramic views, which you can see in the photos provided.
I hope you enjoy your time here, as much I do!

Payment Policy

I will email you the lease. First payment, 1/2 of rental, is due with the return of lease. The 2nd payment is due two weeks prior to check-in. Additional security for pets can be made with either payment.

Refundable Damage Deposit

There is a $500 security deposit. As well as an additional $200 pet security. Both fully refundable if home left in condition found. Both will be promptly refunded within seven days after inspection upon checkout.

Cancellation Policy

60 day notification before arrival date 100% refund
30-59 day notification before arrival date 50% refund
Less than 30 day notification no refund

Notes
