This two-story vacation rental duplex is perfect for your family getaway to the coast! With hardwood floors throughout the entire beach house, you'll find everything you need in the comforts of this vacation rental. If you have a larger group and you want to be close to each other, then rent Unit A! It is next door and has an identical set-up to Unit B! To make things easier, we have a pack-n-play, high chair, and baby gate onsite as well as lots of family friendly board games.

Parking is very limited in Capitola Village and we're very lucky to have a garage. However, anything larger than a mid-sized SUV will not fit in the garage.

Parking is very limited in Capitola Village and we're very lucky to have a garage. However, anything larger than a mid-sized SUV will not fit in the garage.

There's also street parking all around the cottage, but can be difficult to find a spot on weekends - you might have to circle a few times. Street parking is limited to two hours between 8am and 8pm. There's also a large public parking lot at the top of Monterey Avenue, where you can park all day.

The cottage is located on a quiet one-way street. However, some street noise may be noticeable during peak hours from nearby Monterey Avenue.
