1 Bed Classic Lodge w/Full Kitchen/Hot Tub/Firepla - Big Bear Lake

All Guests agree to abide by the following Rules:

-Full payment is required to guarantee a reservation.
-All bookings are final. No refunds on cancelled reservation unless cancelled by the owner or resort.
-No Pets please. Penalty for a pet on the property is $ 250.
-All units are non-smoking. Absolutely no smoking of any kind (marijuana, vaping, cigars, or cigarettes, etc). An additional cleaning charge of $250 is due if guests have smoked in the room.
-Number of guests is limited to the number staying the night
-Guests are obligated to the full period of their reservation. For example, if a reservation is confirmed for seven days and the guest leaves after five days, he/she will be held responsible for the full seven days. In the event the unit is rented to another party for the remaining days, then the money will be cheerfully and promptly refunded less a $60.00 cancellation fee. -All of the townhomes are privately owned and fully furnished.
-A NON REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT of $59 is charged during booking for all rentals, against damage, missing items, or in the event excessive cleaning is required.

Check-in: 4:00 p.m. or sooner if the unit is ready.
Check-out: 10:00 a.m. or later with permission.
Late check-out is not permitted on back-to-back bookings.
-There are no Check-ins or Check-outs on December 25. All check-ins for the Christmas Holiday must be made prior to December 25.
-Must be 25 years of age, financially responsible and must stay the entire stay.
