Hi I'm Katya! My family comes from a diverse background and places we have called home, from Russia, France, New York, Atlanta, Miami and many many stops along the way. I have several units in the heart of Wellington that are perfect retreats for the winter season/ WEF or a comfortable getaway any time of the year. I take pride in maintaining clean and enjoyable accommodations for your stay as well as professional cleaning and maintenance.

The community has wonderful amenities at your fingertips, from the pool, spa, gym, billiards, tennis courts and basketball. As well it is conveniently located to groceries, pharmacies, restaurants, beaches and the airport not too far.
