We are a family of 3. We typically reside in the mountains summer - fall and travel / house care for people in the winter and spring months. We are non-smokers with no pets. As a couple, we have twenty years of combined experience in property management, maintenance, repairs and house keeping. This includes electrical, remodel, blind installation, certified CPO (hot tub maintenance) and more. Julie ran a bed & breakfast and additionally the house keeping department at a back country lodge in Alaska for 7+ years before she started this venture of traveling and house caring for people as a family of 3. She is currently home schooling her daughter and running a photography business in Colorado. As a family, we currently spend our time in Colorado doing maintenance / repairs for people in the "off season" of when needed but sometimes venture to other States.
