Hi there! We live in Texas, but are originally from Maryland. We have family that lives in both buildings, The Bostonian and Dolphin Cay, so Surfside is our new "meeting place" for family/friends since Texas is so far away! My one aunt has lived in The Bostonian for years, so it's been my happy place for quite a while. When we decided to purchase in the area, we just didn't want to leave The Bostonian. This unit needed love and it has received it, we have put our blood, sweat, tears, and love into it! Then another aunt moved into Dolphin Cay and we purchased the unit right above hers! Dolphin Cay will be getting a makeover as well!
