Greetings from John and Janet Wood. We currently live outside of Charlotte, NC near beautiful Lake Norman. We both grew up in the Charlote area, but also lived near the beach in beautiful southern California for 20 years where we raised our children. We have spent many years living and vacationing on the beaches of both the east and west coasts of our great country (including Hawaii many Hidden ). Over those years we kept finding our way back to Litchfield-By-The-Sea (LBTS) and Pawley's Island. Finally, in 2020 we just had to purchase a property to enjoy and share on a more permanent basis.
