We are Johan and Suzanne, and we are crazy about seaside living! We make our primary home in De Haan aan Zee, a lovely beachresort at the Belgian Coast. You ask, how did we end up in Villajoyosa at the Costa Blanca in Spain, 1800 km away from our primary home?

In January 2014 we stumbled upon the secluded and lovely cove of La Caleta in Montiboli, a quiet residential area south of the pittoresque fishermen town of Villajoyosa. We absolutely fell in love with the quietness of La Caleta Beach, the beauty of its natural surroundings, and the stunning views and its wonderful sunsets. For those reasons, we decided to turn south and to make our second home at La Caleta Beach. We purchased this beautiful beachfront apartment and decided to rent it out so that our guests could have the same wonderful experiences.

We enjoy the challenge of making our holiday apartment a warm, relaxing and fun experience and the many positive comments from our guests have become our pride and joy!. We love to be in contact with people and it is our pleasure to share our apartment with guests from all over the world who appreciate the beauty and the peace this little paradise is offering.
