My family and I have been vacationing in the Poconos for the past 15 years. June, 2012 we purchased our first vacation rental property, which we named Paw Prints in the Poconos. We were blessed with wonderful renters in 2012, 2013 and 2014; who have taken great care of our property. We look forward to our renters returning in 2015 and having new renters vacation at Paw Prints in the Poconos in 2015. After years of vacationing in the Poconos, here are some questions to ask, when renting a vacation property in the Poconos. 1. How close is the property to shopping, ski resorts, grocery store, water parks, etc. 2. What does the community offer? Many of the communities do not have a pool and there are few counties which have a public swimming pool. 3. When driving to the beach, how many parking spaces does the beach offer? I know of one beach that offers approximately 10 parkings spaces for over 100 homes. Hoping these questions help you find the perfect rental property in the Poconos. Blessings
