Ivan has been coming to Baja, since he purchased this property in 2001. He graduated from Evergreen Sate College with a degree in Latin American Studies and Organic gardening. We moved here in May 2013, when our son was 5 months old, with the dream of an off grid oasis where we could be as self sufficient as possible. Ivan currently has an aquaponics program and garden that he working on perfecting. Our property is filled with food bearing trees and plants.
