Walk in the South Downs National Park
You will find rolling farmland, ancient woodland and lowland heaths, flourishing vineyards, quaint villages and traditional country pubs.
There are a myriad of well marked footpaths that you can explore as well as some long distance routes. The South Downs Way is the best known but you can also follow the Downs Link Path and the Monarch 's Way - said to be used by Charles the second when he was fleeing from England in the 1600's
