The moment I saw the apartment that would become Ca' Venexiana, I fell in love with the private courtyard that opens onto a quiet canal, where gondolas glide by all day. Very peaceful! Every window has a canal view and the apartment is utterly private and safe.

Because we are sited on the crossing of two quiet canals, there is never the intrusion of foot traffic passing by the windows. I have filled my Venetian home with everything to make our guests' stay as authentic and comfortable as possible, and I am always available to answer questions and give advice.
