The space
LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!!! Morningstar Studio Villa is the first floor of the owner's estate residence and is fully furnished with en-suite kitchen and access to luxurious infinity edge pool with beautiful tropical landscaping and sweeping views of the Caribbean blue sea and Morningstar beach (overlooking the new Westin Morningstar Buoy and Frenchman Reef Resorts), and close drive to all beaches, ferries and activities, as well as washer/dryer and modern, comfortable amenities. You'll feel like you are at your own resort.

This is WHERE YOU WANT TO BE!!! Centrally close to everything in America's Caribbean paradise for easy short drive to all the St Thomas beaches and premier eateries and convenient to boating activities and island hops to St. John, Water Island, and British Virgin Islands, all close to St. Thomas.

Our personally owned OCEANVIEW, NON-SMOKING Studio villa is a romantic accommodation with Queen size bed, , fully equipped kitchen, living room with sofa and Lazboy recliner, Wi-fi, large flat screen cable TV, AC, walk-in closet, designer bath with rainfall oceanview shower, privacy blinds, & furnished balcony with panoramic ocean views of Morningstar Beach & its beautiful Caribbean-blue waters, palm trees, & tropical setting. You have the entire floor to yourself. If the owners happen to be upstairs during their seasonal visit (totally separate section of the home with separate parking and entrances), we are very quiet and helpful for your vacation planning and overall experience.

Private but close to beaches & town on the South sunny shore of St. Thomas. Within short 5 minutes to Havensite and Charlotte Amalie, known as the duty-free shopping capitol of the Caribbean. Red Hook is only 15 minutes drive east for St. John & BVI ferries. YOU WILL NEED A RENTAL CAR FOR THE BEST EXPERIENCE IN STT and for car ferry for the St. John experience to explore both islands. Perfect location if you are attending a wedding or event being so close to Westin/Marriott resorts here in St. Thomas.

For those of you who may want to dine-in & enjoy the spectacular views & privacy of this charming Studio, there is a fully equipped kitchen with the appliances & cookware of home. Whether inside or on the lanai, you will enjoy the magnificent ocean views & sunsets.

Be pampered with lots of extras: nice bath and beach linens, hair dryer , iron, free Wi-Fi, designated parking, and shared amenities of our breathtaking infinity edge pool, gas grill with burner and stainless steel utensils for outdoor grilling, and washer/dryer.

-Want to fully experience the islands of St. Thomas & St. John (reachable by twenty-minute car ferry), simply pack your car with the provided portable chairs, cooler, beach towels & be mobile all week.
-Want to see the islands by water, we can recommend ferries to close-by islands, boating and fishing charters. And don't forget shopping for jewelry - St. Thomas is world known for it's quality diamonds and gems at best quality and duty free pricing. So much to see and do!

Some notes: This is our personal villa and is not associated with Westin or Watergate Villas properties. We took a few years break from renting the studio to allow time for the pool build-out and pandemic, but are back better than ever!!!!! For mobility at this accommodation, you will need to be able to walk some stairs with this being multi-level with an inclined walk to and from the parking space to the 1st floor studio - YOU WILL HAVE THE WHOLE FLOOR TO YOURSELF. Perfect for 1 couple or 1 person. Not considered child friendly. No smoking or vaping on the entire property (inside and out).

MORNINGSTAR VILLA IS LUXURY & COMFORT AT ITS BEST!

Guest access
Your own private Studio apartment with private access, full kitchen, Queen bed, living area and bathroom with spacious shower and your own private deck and tanning lanai with chaise loungers and plenty of seating (sun or shade). Designated parking for 1 car. Shared access to laundry room and pool. Owners respect privacy while you are using shared amenities, but are also helpful if needed.

Other things to note
Not child friendly. 100% no smoking or vaping inside and outside. Cleanliness and comfort is our priority. No jumping in pool and no access to the pool pump room. Pool is maintained up to 80-83 degrees.
