BOOKING DATES... This home is only available as a monthly rental (28 day minimum). We prefer to book by the calendar month (first day of the month to the last). We may consider alternate dates if the calendar allows or if the owner will make an exception.

- This home allows 1 dog under 9 pounds for a $275 fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without Dolphin Vacation's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.

Cancellation Policy:
Full refund (minus a $300 taxable cancellation fee) if cancelled more than 60 days before arrival. No refund if cancelled within 60 days of arrival.
