Ian is a Real Estate Investor and a Firefighter Paramedic for over 12 years! G is a California Realtor with over 19 years experience in Real Estate transactions, Real Estate investing (Rehabbing and Flipping) and Rentals. G is also into Design as prior to delving into real estate, G was a Fashion Designer.

We enjoy travel (particularly to tropical destinations,) music (Reggae, Jazz, Bossa Nova) and unique experiences just like the folks here on AirBnB. We made sure to design the home that we host, with soothing aesthetics and our guests' comfort in mind. Our design aesthetic is modern, beachy contemporary with a hint of RH.
