StoneRidge Grocery

StoneRidge Grocery store is a regional Piggly Wiggly grocery chain in this area. Our local StoneRidge in Wautoma, NC is 4.5 miles from our cabin. 
Note: This is the one of only two major grocery store close to Witters Edge. This store location has a great reputation for being clean, and having fresh produce and quality meats.  

You should find just about everything you need for your stay. They have a Bakery, Deli, Floral Department, and large Soup/Salad Bar. StoneRidge grocery does have a nice selection of beer/wine. 

TIPS:

Deli:  Unless you enjoy waiting in line, do not visit the Deli during lunch rush hours!  All of the local workers will be lined up ordering their meals no later than 11 a.m. If you need to order subs to take on a hike, I suggest ordering them in the morning or after the lunch rush.
