This 2 bedroom/ 2 Bath Resort Golf Villa offers green space right off the patio for yard games and amazing sunsets. The walking bridge makes it easy to access the beach without even crossing a road. Everything included to enjoy a relaxing vacation!

The minimum age to rent is a resort policy and will be checked at the gated entry upon arrival.

House Rules

No parties or late night noise. Please respect that there is a shared wall and we love our neighbors.

Payment Policy

100 % is due at booking.

Refundable Damage Deposit

I don't collect a damage deposit upfront. If there is damage I will provide photos of any issues and ask that those fees be covered by the renter.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 14 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of check-in.

Notes

One parking pass is included in the booking. Additional passes are $20 per car/stay.
