A rental agreement will need to be signed and submitted with a government-issued photo ID to confirm the booking within 48 hours of booking request. A link will be sent to an online form to fill out and sign digitally (no need to print and scan).

- Absolutely no smoking of any kind nowhere on the property.
- Maximum occupancy is 4 people (or 5 people in the case of families of two adults and three children). No unregistered overnight guests. No tents, trailers or RVs can be set up on the property to increase occupancy.
- No parties or events.
- No tampering or disabling of the security cameras or the wifi.
- Pick up after yourself and leave the home in the same condition you found it.
- Keep windows shut when you are not at the property (the wind can be surprisingly strong on the coast!).
- Beware of the wind when opening/closing the outward swinging front door that easily catches in the wind. Please ALWAYS shut the door behind you and never leave it open.
- Sort trash in compliance with local guidelines.
- Do not flush anything else than toilet paper down the toilet.
- Use coasters on wood furniture.
- Report damages or problems immediately.
- Respect our neighbours.
