I am the owner of People Places & Things, a vacation rental and experiential tourism business.

My Airbnb journey began as a guest in 2015 on a trip to Toronto. I opened my family cabin as my first listing in August 2017 as a host when my family cabin called "The Country" got its first booking 2 hours after my listing when public.

I had a "light bulb" moment about the potential of this business when a few weeks later, I had a 10-day booking from Australia for the following summer.

As I approach my third full year in business, People Places & Things now represents 14 different properties in 10 communities throughout Newfoundland. We currently have 26 listings on Airbnb and we are just beginning.

Grounding guests in Place, we aim for them to meet local People and do Things that will stay with them a lifetime.

My intention is to ensure that I represent owners with integrity and provide guests an authentic experience of our beautiful rugged island off the east coast of Canada.

I am an explorer at heart whether 5 minutes from home or halfway around the world. I love this platform as it looks to create relationships and bonding opportunities and guests and hosts connect with each other.

I am a photographer, poet and hiker. I love sky pictures - which you will most definitely be able to tell from my listings.
