Hallo!

Welcome to this beautiful, quiet part of West Sussex and my three self catering properties - Palmer's, my family home, and my other houses - Living Elements and Nature's Elements in the next door village.
I hope you enjoy your stay - I am to make your holiday a success!

Palmer's has just been re-built following an internal flood - and we re-modelled it at the same time - so its grown substantially from 2.5beds to 6 (Website hidden by Airbnb) a magic place for a family get together over Christmas or a Summer holiday or even a family special occasion over a weekend. We can also now arrange for a hot tub (at a small extra cost if this is on your "must-have" wishlist!). It sleeps up to 13 guests incl having a downstairs bedroom and full wheelchair accessible bathroom. It is light and airy and spacious. Parking for at least 4 cars in a private close.

Living Elements sleep 6+4 and has a large garden, hot tub and sauna and its dog friendly too with beaches nearby and some country walks. Parking for 6-8 cars if necessary!

Nature's Elements is a self contained, wheelchair accessible ground floor apartment with a half acre of south-facing garden (pet friendly) and can be booked at the same time as Living Elements which is opposite. It sleeps 4+2. Parking for 2+ cars, all on tarmac.
All together I call them CHICHESTEWR SELF CATERING. We do what we say "on the box"!

In addition - I am the local OSTEOPATH - at the Living Elements Clinic, Sidlesham - where I treat using Osteopathy, healing, Reiki, nutritionals etc. I am passionate about my career helping people attain and gain their health, strength and sense of purpose. I work not only on a strictly physical level, but also on a mental, emotional and spiritual level too. Plus I am interested in lifestyle and diet. My aim is to really transform my clients experience of life and living – quite a tall order sometimes! Hence I am also a life coach of sorts too.
Living Elements Clinic aims to do this.

I have recently created a NEW course to help the older generation and their families get the most out of their lives right now and get their "house" in order - so you can create what they want in the future powerfully! Its comprehensive, covering the 10 most important areas of live eg family, money, home, legacy, funerals etc!!
Its called Great Guidelines for Later Life and its enrolling now!

I love gardening of all sorts (just as well with over an acre to manage!) and being outside in this quiet but interesting area. I birdwatch, go for walks with my dog - a standard poodle, paint and sculpt, and have weekly singing lessons too - best not to ask for a demo though. ;-)

In my spare time – I LOVE gardening, and with an acre here, plus other gardens, they keep me pretty busy. But – that’s not enough for me!

My biggest passion is racing and sailing my Classic yacht - a Solent Sunbeam – which I do from one of the nearby villages, Itchenor, 3 times a week in the Summer. (In the Winter its repainting and varnishing time.) From time to time, I am willing to take a guest out (as long as they have done some sailing before and are reasonably fit) – so do ask – it’s a real “Red Letter” experience. Her sail number is V6, and she is bright yellow! I win quite a lot of trophies!

I enjoy welcoming guests to Chichester Self Catering and hope you enjoy the experience of staying here. Sometimes stuff doesn’t go quite according to plan, but I will always do my best to sort out challenges whenever I can. You can help too – by letting me know if something isn’t working or broken. I really do try to make your stay a success, but being a busy lady some patience may be required. Politeness also goes a long way plus some commonsense your your part too!

I also love writing new posts about the area – so you can make the most of your stay…. if you can’t find a subject you are interested in – let me know. eg fishing opportunities etc

Most of the lets are from a Friday to a Friday (or over a weekend). If you have different requirements please let me know. They can sometimes be accommodated.

I am a keen recycler / conservator of energy – there are solar panels on Living Elements and PV and an air-source pump at Nature’s Elements. You will be asked to sort your rubbish when you are staying here (or it won’t get taken away!) but you are also welcome to add to my large compost heap with your green waste too if you wish.

I hope you find what you are looking for on the website – I have tried to make it comprehensive, and I often add new posts and pages and blogs. I am also on social media… are you? Please like, follow and pin! I am sure you can work out which website to use I hope... Chichester Self Catering.

I look forward to making your holiday a success. To help you I have created a house handbook for when you stay, plus there is more info about the area on the self catering website - so take a peek!

Lastly - if you are on social media - please like and follow etc as appropriate - as I am on most platforms - I keep them up to date with local info and other things of interest too!

Hope to see you very soon,
Light and love,
Gayle Palmer from Chichester Self Catering
